We have positions available for anyone with an interest in handcraft, a curiosity about the world around them, and the ability to work collaboratively. While it’s wonderful if you play the organ or know something about it, it isn’t required.

Founded in 1974, Dobson is one of the most respected organ builders in the United States. Our custom-made instruments are found in churches, universities, and performing arts spaces across the country and in England and Australia. In the next few years, we’ll be building new instruments in Philadelphia, Charleston, S.C., Naples, Florida, and Atlanta, Georgia.
