In two weeks at the end of March 2009, Op. 54 was moved from St. Paul’s old church to its new facility. John Ourensma and John Panning of Dobson moved the organ with the help of a host of church volunteers, including the Rev. William Stache, pastor of St. Paul’s at the time of the organ’s construction, who is now retired.

The Southern Indiana Chapter AGO has a page about the organ, with excellent photos by John Rust and several sound samples performed by Dr. David K. Lamb.

Op. 54 in St. Paul’s old church building. It stood in a niche on the main floor between the outside wall and church tower.

A drawing made by a Sunday School student at the time of the organ’s installation in 1991.
